Honeymoon Day 6 - Zaadz Crew

So today was our "free" day, no parks or traveling to do. It was also the day we'd hoped to catch up with as many of my Zaadz coworkers (and friends of Zaadz) as possible. And we were quite successful. We met up with David, Kelly, Obi and Beth over the course of the day. We started with lunch at Hugo's Restaurant. Following David's recommendation I ordered a "Very Green Casserole", boy doesn't that sound good, but it was! Tracy ordered some Samosa Quesadillas, and everyone knows how she loves them samosas. I thought maybe it wouldn't work as a quesadilla, but it was indeed quite tasty. Mmm. We're eating so well!
After lunch we went to a nearby starbucks and met up with Obi. We chatted for some time and did a bit of "people watching" as West Hollywood is known for. Then we headed over to Beth's house for some relaxing before dinner and a movie. Her son Ben was a bundle of energy and we had fun shooting some hoops with him. David was especially adept at keeping Ben on his toes.
After B-Ball we had some light snacks and Ben went off to bed. David put in an order for pick-up at Sante's La Brea and I went with him to pick it up while the girls checked out what was available on the cable box. We returned with some great smelling food and watched Stranger than Fiction. Good flick, a bit different role than for Will Ferrell. Funny since we'd just seen Blades of Glory back home!
A quick drive "home" and we're off to bed so that we can get up bright and early for our big day at Six Flags Magic Mountain. It's go time for the coaster lovers!
